About CCT

Care is at the forefront of everything we do.

Community Care and Transport Incorporated believes that care should be at the forefront of everything we do.

There is no bigger responsibility that our organisation has than to ensure that our community members are supported and not isolated. Our organisation through its Committee, Staff and Volunteers works to ensure that we are empowering people to be engaged and meeting their needs both locally and across the regions including the Mid-North and Adelaide.

Every year we assist thousands of community members to maintain their independence, dignity and to live life to the fullest.

Community Care and Transport Incorporated provides important support through its Community Transport Service, Community Visitors Scheme and Services Australia, Centrelink Agency.
