About CCT

Care is at the forefront of everything we do.

Community Care and Transport Incorporated believes that care should be at the forefront of everything we do.

There is no bigger responsibility that our organisation has and as a critical part of the community than to ensure that our aged residents are looked after, taken care of and that they are not left socially isolated. Our organisation through its Board, Staff and Volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that we are empowering people to be socially engaged and to meet medical appointments both locally and across the regions including Adelaide.

Every year we assist thousands of elderly residents to help maintain their independence, their dignity and to live their lives to the fullest.

We help and assist where others such as family and governments cannot.

Community Care and Transport Incorporated provides important support through its Community Transport Service, Community Visitors Scheme and Services Australia, Centrelink Agency for both the aged and special needs in the communities that we serve.

“Tahlia loves a chat and in a previous life was a wine connoisseur. “

Leslee Young
